We welcome guests to enjoy our home and garden, conveniently close to most attractions that Rotorua is known to offer. Only a few paces to Lake Rotorua and in a quiet street with your own car parking area.
The garden room has a comfortable queen bed and a fold out bedsettee suitable for two small children. This room also has a T.V.,DVD,stereo, hairdryer, toiletries, tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, microwave, tea/coffee facilities and fridge. Sliding doors open to a view of the garden from your bed.
The lavender room has twin single beds and guests share lounge and facilities with your hosts. Enjoy a welcome drink on your arrival and learn a little about this area of New Zealand or, if you prefer, leave your baggage and go out and explore for yourself.
A breakfast of fresh fruit, cereals, preserves, breads and perhaps waffles served with bacon,fruit and syrups or maybe a full cooked breakfast with tea, coffee and juice will start your day in this special part of the North Island.
