Deposit & Cancellation policy
Credit Card Details are required for confirmation of booking.

Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the full value of the booking and this will be deducted from the credit card supplied.

Cancellation or failure to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the full value of the booking and this will be deducted from the credit card supplied.

During peak times full payment of room may be required on confirmation of booking. In the event of cancellation, we will endeavor to resell the room and if so, we will reimburse the amount paid by the guests staying.
