Our Colonial style house and private self- contained accommodation is set in 2.5 acres of native planted gardens and Avocado orchard which are run on organic principles as is the extensive fruit & vegetable garden.
Situated in a Quiet Rural location away from the hustle and bustle yet only a 15 minute drive to the Mural town of Katikati and 20 minutes to the City of Tauranga. Our location makes this an excellent base for sightseeing the Region or an ideal place to unwind if on business in the City.

Your hosts Lisa & Peter are conveniently located 150mtrs away to assist you or to help you plan your stay in the Bay, whilst ensuring you have peace and privacy.
Sheep, chickens, and pigs find their home here, all hand reared and friendly. Milo our Chocolate Labrador, Meg our Foxy x Collie dog and the 2 cats Poppy & Henry complete the household.
Fresh home baking, preserves and perhaps a glass of homemade wine are always on offer.
