Visit four different destinations around the beautiful Matamata district and enjoy a true taste of New Zealand rural community life.
This all day excursion package starts with a visit to the Kaimai Cheese Company (cheese factory) for morning tea. Continue to a Horse Stud (breeding mares, stallions and foals) before being transferred to The Shires Rest to enjoy a traditional "Kiwi" barbecue lunch at The Shires Rest Caf. See sheep shearing before bottle feeding the lambs and hand feeding the pet sheep. The tour concludes with a visit to a Dairy Farm to see the cows and watch their milking.

The above package can be customised to suit group requirments.- Limited to groups of ten or more. Groups provide own transport between locations.
