The Works! Enjoy the Perendale Package (Agricultural Tour), a visit to the Hobbiton Movie Set and Farm from the Lord of The Rings film trilogy and overnight accommodation at one of our Farmstay properties.
This all day excursion package starts with a visit to the Kaimai Cheese Company (cheese factory) for morning tea. Continue to a Horse Stud (breeding mares, stallions and foals) before being transferred to The Shires Rest to take a tour of the Hobbiton Movie Set & Farm. Enjoy a traditional "Kiwi" barbecue lunch at The Shires Rest Caf and then see sheep shearing before bottle feeding the lambs and hand feeding the pet sheep.
The tour concludes with a visit to a Dairy Farm to see the cows and watch their milking. Complete your kiwi style experience with our Farm Stay Accommodation, where you will be hosted and enjoy a three course dinner, featuring fresh New Zealand produce and complimentary wine or beer. A continental or cooked breakfast is also included.

- If less than 10 people we can provide guide and transport for the day, however $120.00 surcharge applies

- A surcharge of $20.00 applies for lunch and / or early / late check in / departure. (Surcharge applies for check in before 3.00pm or check-out after 10.00am and is per person per item).
