Harakeke Room

The Harakeke Room is a restful generous-sized room decorated in peaceful green tones. A large window offers views of Glen Tui's established gardens. Stretch out in the large king size bed and enjoy a great night's sleep. The room opens out into the bright open spaces of the sitting area and patio beyond. 'Harakeke' is the traditional name for New Zealand flax, used in weaving and medicine by Maori for centuries and a source of sweet nectar for the Tui.

Kowhai Room

The Kowhai Room offers the ultimate in privacy. Decorated in warm cream and earthy tones. Sitting up in the comfortable queen size bed, you have views through a large window across the garden to rolling farmland. During the evening you can relax in your own room, or make use of the sitting area or the lounge with its large fireplace. The 'Kowhai' is a flowering native tree that is covered in hanging clusters of bright yellow flowers in spring, providing nectar for the Tui.

The Totara Room offers unparalleled views of the garden and farm through large windows. It is light and airy, decorated in a cosy uncluttered style in subtle brown tones. A comfortable queen size bed gives you a great night's sleep and is the perfect place to watch the morning light stretch across the rolling pastureland. Wake up rested and relaxed and enjoy a home cooked breakfast. The 'Totara' is a large native forest tree with bright red berries.

Deposit & Cancellation policy
No deposit is required but to secure your reservation we require a valid credit card number and expiry date and full payment on departure.

Please note we have a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking which applies to cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date.

Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival will incur a fee of 100% of the total booking.

Please let us know if you are in an emergency situation and are unable to fulfil your booking for that reason. Cancellation fees can be waived.
