Deposit & Cancellation policy
To secure your booking we deduct the first nights accommodation or 50% of the total amount as a deposit which ever is greater and the balance to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation policy: Deposits are non refundable. Deposits can be transferred to another booking. No refunds will be given to guests checking out of the park early due to weather disruptions. All days booked must be paid for at check in.

Should a site or accommodation booking be cancelled prior or during the period of reservation the Coromandel Motel and Holiday Park will make a reasonable effort to re-let the site, and if able to do so any sum any sum paid will be refunded less administration fee.

If the site/ accommodation is unable to be re-let then all or part of any sum paid will be forfeited as liquidated damagers at the discretion of the proprietor.
