Situated adjacent to Hagley Park in central Christchurch, just 1.4 kilometres from the city centre, and within easy walking distance of the casino, Cathedral Square, the city's shopping centre, the Botanical Gardens, Museum, Art Gallery, Christchurch Public Hospital and both the tennis courts and 9 hole golf course in Hagley Park.
Accommodation in the architecturally designed and tastefully decorated Carlton Mill Lodge includes studio and two bedroom suites with kitchens, or fully serviced studios, executive and honeymoon suites.
All serviced studios and suites feature private facilities (both bath and shower), hairdryers and tea, coffee and toast making facilities. Self contained studios and suites feature private facilities (shower only) plus microwave oven and cook tops.
To ensure our high level of comfort and decor, we have committed ourselves to refurbish our rooms on a regular basis.
Our receptionist is on duty from 7am till 11pm to assist you with your accommodation and travel needs and provide a wealth of tourist information and local knowledge.
