Nothing could be more exhilarating than exploring the Dual World Heritage Tongariro National Park. Get together with friends or family and have a great time in the wild.

Spend a day completing the Tongariro Alpine Crossing or one of our other local walks with one of our local guides.

Then enjoy a magnificent dinner and delicious dessert, followed by a game of snooker or a quiet drink in the fireside lounge.

Your Trek Package includes:

This challenging one day alpine trek covers a little over 19km and encounters a varied range of landforms and views, with areas of geological importance, and of great cultural significance, as it heads up and over Mt Tongariro. The direction that we walk this track makes good sense, climbing some 776m (or 2528ft), but descending a total of 1126m (or 3716ft)!

Please note that if the Tongariro Alpine crossing is unavailable to walk due to poor weather conditions you will be offered an alternate guided walk in the Tongariro National park as there is a 48 hour cancelation policy with your guide no refunds are available within this time. Also that this package is not a private guided tour this is a group guided walk rate if you would like a private guide please contact us directly.

NOTE: This trek is in an alpine environment. You will need to dress accordingly. We recommend: Warm Hat, boots, trousers, jacket, and warm clothing. These are minimum requirements for further information please contact us directly.
